LICENSE CONDITIONS.

The Licensor (Librarysmith Software) grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software (MMHotkey) in conjunction with its supporting software on a single computer.

Installation of a second copy of this software, either for concurrent or additional management of further computers, is strictly prohibited.

Additional licenses for the software are available from http://www.librarysmith.co.uk/empathy/mmhotkey.php (e-mail mmhotkey@librarysmith.co.uk) upon receipt of appropriate licensing fees.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU.
